ABOUT US

In a time where the music production landscape is oversaturated with recycled loops and low-effort sample packs, Katalyst Audio was founded with a clear purpose: to cut through the noise with intentionality, craftsmanship, and creativity.

We’re not here to follow trends. We’re here to inspire.

As a seasoned performer, session drummer, and producer with over eight years of experience in the UK music industry — from national TV performances to festival stages and studio sessions with respected collaborators — I’ve seen the tools producers rely on evolve rapidly. But with that evolution came a problem: accessibility bred abundance, and abundance bred oversaturation. Today, producers often find themselves scrolling through thousands of uninspired samples, trying to ignite a spark that just isn’t there.

Katalyst Audio is a response to that — not with cynicism or critique, but with care. We understand that we’re not here to “take down” platforms like the major sample based subscription services. Their scale and reach serve a purpose. But we believe there’s room for something different — a smaller, more intentional approach that values originality, sound design, and creative freedom over volume and trend-hopping.

Our first project, KATALYST-001, is a high-quality, 100% synthesized EDM sample pack featuring textured drums, lush melodic loops, immersive pads, and expressive FX. Every sound is built from the ground up — no presets, no fluff — with versatility and inspiration in mind.

But Katalyst is more than just a sound pack brand. It’s a space where producers can learn, grow, and refine their voice. We're building a community around education and empowerment — sharing knowledge, creative techniques, and insight to help artists not just use sounds, but understand them.

Our mission is to offer more than just samples. We’re here to provide tools that matter, spark ideas that last, and build something real in a digital world full of noise.

Our mission

The mission is simple: to create sample packs that serve the music, not the algorithm.
