With over eight years in the UK music scene as a live performer, session drummer, and producer, I’ve seen both the creative brilliance and the frustrating noise the modern music world can bring. From major festivals to national TV appearances, and studio sessions with respected names across the industry, I’ve had a front-row seat to the way music is evolving — and the tools we rely on to make it.

Sample packs have become a staple in music production. But lately, I found myself digging through endless libraries of recycled sounds, uninspired loops, and trend-chasing content that didn’t reflect the kind of music I wanted to make.

Katalyst Audio is my response. A project built on originality, versatility, and care — designed for producers who want tools that spark something, not stifle it. I’m not here to take on the industry giants like Splice or LANDR — I’m just offering an alternative. A smaller, more intentional approach to sound design that respects both the art and the artist.

At the heart of it all, this is about community and creativity. About sharing not just sounds, but knowledge. And about helping producers channel inspiration into something real.
